Native American Diabetes Project Community Report
Description: This report highlights a culturally tailored diabetes intervention for American Indian and Alaska Native (AIAN) communities in Los Angeles County that combined medically tailored meals, virtual education classes, and social support to address diabetes disparities among Urban AIAN populations, and shares study findings, participant feedback, lessons learned, and recommendations to inform future community-centered diabetes initiatives.
