An extension of RE-AIM to enhance sustainment: Addressing dynamic context and promoting health equity over time
Description: This publication proposes an extension of the RE-AIM framework to better address sustainability, changing real-world contexts, and health equity over time. The article argues that implementation and evaluation should not focus only on initial reach and effectiveness, but also on how interventions adapt, persist, and continue to benefit populations as settings and circumstances evolve.
