Implementation lessons learned from the University of California’s Diabetes Prevention Program Initiative

Description: This publication examines the University of California’s systemwide implementation of the Diabetes Prevention Program (UC DPP) across 10 campuses. Through interviews with program leaders and campus coordinators, the study identifies key factors influencing success, including effective marketing and recruitment, enrollment strategies, program adaptability, funding, leadership support, campus resources, and skilled staff.
