Trends in Health Behaviors of US Adults With and Without Diabetes: 2007-2018

Description: This publication explores how often adults with and without diabetes in the U.S. follow recommended health behaviors—such as healthy eating, physical activity, sleep, weight management, and avoiding tobacco and excess alcohol—and how these behaviors have changed over time. It also examines how these patterns differ by age, education, and diabetes control to help identify where targeted support for diabetes self-management is most needed.
