Description: The What Can I Eat? (WCIE) curriculum is a culturally adapted, 5-lesson diabetes nutrition education program designed for American Indian and Alaska Native communities. The program supports culturally relevant education to help individuals with type 2 diabetes make healthier food choices while respecting traditional practices.
